Plastic Waste Management Under Extended Producer Responsibility
Extended Producer Responsibility is a policy approach under which producers are given a significant responsibility – financial and/or physical – for the treatment or disposal of post-consumer products. We have undertaken measures to collect, recycle, process, and responsibly dispose of the plastic waste generated from post-consumer use. The "Wealth Out of Waste" program in our retail stores encourages customers to return used product packs, which go through a proper segregation and reprocessing system. The used packs are reused in the primary packaging stream.
